Family-Placed Death Notice

Mr. Dennis Samchok, 54 of Jonesboro, passed away September 16, 2005. He was a choral director with Clayton County Board of Education, and a member of First Baptist Church of Jonesboro. Surviving are his wife, Ellen Samchok, daughter, Sara Samchok of Jonesboro; son, David Samchok of Jonesboro; mother, Adele Samchok of Dawsonville, GA; and brother, Alan Samchok of Dawsonville, GA. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 19, 2005, 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Jonesboro with Dr. Dean Haun officiating. Remains will be placed in state at 10 a.m. Entombment Camp Memorial Park. Flowers will be accepted, or those desiring may make donations to First Baptist Church of Jonesboro, P.O.
