I'm sad to hear of Chris's passing. He was passionate about theater and poetry. Most of all, he was a very loyal friend to all. He was direct, open, and honest, and would visit people who were ill or do acts of kindness. We tried to make sense of all the events May 4, 1970 and beyond... And we realized that we couldn't. He was creative, friendly, caring, and a good person. He made Oberlin and the world a better place.
